Beyonce Goes Hard for Brooklyn... Or For the Cameras

Beyonce was spotted walking the streets of Chelsea late last night with Jay-z and her new “Brooklyn” tattoo. The verdict is still out on whether the new ink is permanent or semi permanent. Either way it shows some type of commitment to her hubby's hometown which says a lot. we can't call if it's genuine or a case of easy publicity 101.
