Erykah Badu was charged with a Class C misdemeanor charge for disorderly conduct following the taping of her video window seat. For those of you who haven't seen the video, Erykah strips in public and gets completely naked.
The fine was set at $500 but Erykah decided to challenge the legal system on Wednesday in court and not pay it.
Publicity prevails every time. We can't hate on Badu for riding this one out, her album sales and press will reap far more benefits than paying a measly $500 fine. We guess...
