The Carters were spotted all up and down the streets of NYC on their anniversary. They started with lunch at Pastis and then headed to the meat packing district for some retail therapy at RocaWear. The two even gave us a surprise and walked hand in hand for the camera, and in my opinion that's the best 1 yr anniversary gift of all!
