Kelly was spotted out shopping while on the road promoting the re-release of her album Ms.Kelly. We are totally confused why the heck would you re-release something that barely left the shelves the first time! Are on a prayer and whim hoping for good sells this time? That damn shady Matthew just throwing her career down the drain before her eyes!
