Earlier today U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan Baverman rejected TI's lawyers request for bond but the judge will rethink TI's bond release next week if TI agrees to abide by a strict set of including:
He must put up $3.7 Million in bond ($2.2 Million must be in cash, $1.5 can be in equity from property);
Federal agents must be allowed to do a thorough search of the property (looking for hidden safes, drugs or other contraband);
He must wear an electronic monitoring device;
A monitoring representative must live in TI's Atlanta home;
No other adult, other that his fiancee Tameca "Tiny" Cottle can live in the home with him;
No adults other than those pre-approved by the trial judge are allowed at the property;
TI consents to random drug tests and property searches.
While no confirmation on this has been made legally sources say that TI and his lawyers have discussed the conditions and have decided to abide by them and they're making arrangements for TI to be released next Friday which is when the judge issues his final order.
