R Kelly made a surprise apperance at the screamfest concert in Illinois last night! I bet he enjoyed the eye candy, hey gotta get it while you can kelz! Him and Ciara performed the Promise Remix together! Way to go Ciara she called on both her dudes 50 and Kelz to help her show out! Too bad her performences aren't getting the reviews they should be!
