Whats up with hollyweird now a days, all these people are going to jail. Joining Foxy this week actress Lindsay Lohan pleaded no contest to two counts of DUI (driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher). By law, Lohan becomes a second offender (with two DUIs) and must serve a minimum of four days in jail. As for the second DUI plea, she's ordered to serve 48 hours in jail. She must serve 24 hours by January 18. Lohan had already served time when she was arrested.
