Louis Vuitton Suing TI

TI is getting sued by his favorite designer brand Louis Vuitton. Read the juice below via rhymes with snitch:

Louis Vuitton put the brakes on T.I. and his ‘Swing Ya Rag’ video because the ‘rag’ he’s talking about is a Louis Vuitton scarf. In the song T.I. raps, “Alright, okay, I don’t dance, no way. I just take my Louie rag out and wave it round in the air”. T.I. says, “We spoke to them. The video, it’s done. But I guess it’s one of those corporate things where they don’t wanna be associated or affiliated with a certain type of brand. A T.I. video ain’t the best look in their eyes right now. No harsh feelings.” Earlier this year Louis Vuitton won an undisclosed amount after suing Da Brat for showing a Louis Vuitton beach ball in one of her videos and Britney Spears for showing a Vuitton dashboard in one of hers.

Jennifer Hudson has cancelled the first video shoot scheduled since the October deaths of her mother, brother and nephew, a source says. The Oscar winner, 27, planned on shooting the clip for “If It Isn’t Love” in L.A. next week, her J Records rep confirmed to the Associated Press Dec. 9. But “the video was set up before the tragedy and she felt like she should finish what she started, but she’s realized that she’s not ready to go back to work,” a source tells Us. “It’s too early,” the source adds. A personal rep for Hudson, however, calls the original video plans “speculation. “The video shoot was never confirmed, so there was nothing to cancel,” the rep tells Usmagazine.com. “[J Records' statement] was erroneous.” Darnell Donerson, 57; brother, Jason, 29, and 7-year-old nephew, Julian King, were fatally shot in Chicago Oct. 24. William Balfour — the estranged husband of Jennifer’s sister, Julia — was charged with the murders Dec. 2.

According to TMZ, the 10,000-sq. ft. Georgia home of T-Boz (real name: Tionne Watkins) is set to go on the auction block in January 2009, after failing to make her mortgage payments.

Public records indicate that the singer has defaulted on the original principal of her mortgage, which is reportedly around $530,000, and now the state has taken it.

Sources confirm to PEOPLE that Usher and his wife Tameka have a new addition to the family: a baby boy born on Wednesday.

The new Raymond (whose name has not yet been released) joins older brother Usher Raymond V, who turned 1 on Nov. 26. The couple married in 2007. Tameka, 37, also has three sons from a previous relationship.

A source says Usher was at his wife’s side during the delivery. Last month, he told Access Hollywood that his soon-to-arrive baby was “one of the best Christmas gifts there is to have.”
